ForteBank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) dated February 19, 2015 according to which the National Bank approved the report on results of offering of bonds KZP04Y19B559 (KZ2C00000040, KASE official list, other debt securities category, TEBNb7) of ForteBank JSC for the period from June 2 to December 1, 2014.

According to the letter provided, no bonds were offered in the reporting period; as of December 1, 2014, 58,533,133,333 pieces of the mentioned bonds remained unplaced.
