OREANDA-NEWS. Insurance company "Amanat Insurance" JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of a letter from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) of April 28, 2015 on approval of the report on results of offering shares of the company.

According to the letter provided:

- National Bank approved the report on results of offering of the company shares in the period from September 6, 2014 to March 5, 2015;

- As of March 5, 2015 980,000 ordinary shares of the company were outstanding; its shareholders capital equaled to KZT980,000,000.00
