OREANDA-NEWS. July 03, 2015. Due to repeated violation within a year of the requirements of Federal Law No. 151-FZ, dated 2 July 2010, ‘On Microfinance and Microfinance Organisations’ and other regulations the Bank of Russia took a decision to strike off information on the following entities from the state register of microfinance organisations:

— due to the failure to submit information on amendments to constituent documents and documents containing reports on microfinance activity and the management personnel for 9 months of 2014 and the year 2014:

Agency for Investments and Finances, limited liability company (PSRN 1146320005798),

Finex, limited liability company (PSRN 1126315001042);

— due to the lack of the procedure in the charter for a public disclosure of information on parties exerting material (direct or indirect) influence on decisions taken by the management bodies of the microfinance organisation; due to the failure to submit documents containing reports on microfinance activity and the management personnel for the year 2014 and Q1 2015:

— due to the failure to submit documents containing reports on microfinance activity and the management personnel for the six months of 2014, nine months of 2014 and the year 2014:

— due to the lack of rules for providing microloans in a place accessible for viewing to any interested party and on the website; due to the failure to provide documents containing reports on microfinance activity and the management personnel for the year 2014 and Q1 2015:
