September 07, 2015.The new Ku-band internally matched GaN HEMTs, SGK1314-30A/60A, feature higher output power and linearity, and greater consistency covering 13.75 to 14.5 GHz for Ku-band Satcom. They also excel in energy-saving, while attaining output power of 30 W and 60 W, respectively.

The new devices have completed internal qualification and are now ready for volume production.
