OREANDA-NEWS. Fitch Ratings has withdrawn its 'F1+' rating on the following notes:

-- Minneapolis-St. Paul Metropolitan Airports Commission (MN) subordinate revenue commercial paper notes (non-AMT) series A;
-- Minneapolis-St. Paul Metropolitan Airports Commission (MN) subordinate revenue commercial paper notes (AMT) series B;
-- Minneapolis-St. Paul Metropolitan Airports Commission (MN) subordinate revenue commercial paper notes series C.

The ratings were based on the support of three separate letters of credit by WestLB AG which were previously terminated.
