OREANDA-NEWS. Insurance Company Amanat JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with copies of registered amendments in the issue prospectus of the company's shares and a certificate of state registration of a securities issue of October 15, 2015 replacing the one issued earlier.

According to the mentioned documents:

- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered amendments to the company's shares issue prospectus;

- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to change in the name and increase in the number of authorized shares of the company;

- the total number of the company's authorized common shares KZ1C43050018 makes up 2,500,000 pieces;

- the company's shares issue was entered in the State registry of serial securities under No. А4305.
