OREANDA-NEWS. November 03, 2015. Bank of Russia took decisions to strike off information on the following entities from the state register of microfinance organisations due to the repeated violation within a year of the requirement of Federal Law No. 151-FZ, dated 2 July 2010, ‘On Microfinance Activities and Microfinance Organisations’ and other regulations, and based on the entities’ applications to strike off information about them from the state register of microfinance organisations, notably:

— the organisation failed to provide documents containing reports on microfinance activity for nine months of 2014, Q1 2015 and H1 2015; the organisation failed to provide documents containing reports on microfinance activity and their management personnel for the year of 2014:
