OREANDA-NEWS. Fitch Ratings has withdrawn its 'F2' rating on the following notes:

-- Houston (TX) combined utility system commercial paper notes series A.

The rating was based on the support of a revolving credit agreement by Bayerische Landesbank, Dexia Credit Local, Landesbank Baden-Wurttemberg, and WestLB AG that was terminated on Dec. 15, 2015.
