Subsidiary insurance company of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan, Halyk - Kazakhinstrakh JSC (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE that based on the decision of the absentee meeting of its Board of Directors held on December 30, 2015 "as of December 31, 2015 the powers of the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, Vitaly Hon, were early terminated on his initiative".
