KazMunaiGas EP provides to KASE extract from shareholders registers system as of January 1, 2016
OREANDA-NEWS. KazMunaiGas EP JSC (Astana, hereinafter – the company), shares of which are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided to KASE an extract from its shareholders registers system as of January 1, 2016.
According to the mentioned extract:
- the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C51460018 of the company makes up 70,220,935 units, preferred shares KZ1P51460114 - 4,136,107 units;
- all authorized shares of the company are outstanding;
- the company bought back 2,527,860 common shares and 2,073,147 preferred shares;
- the sole person holding shares of the company in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the company outstanding shares is National Company KazMunaiGas JSC, owning 43,087,006 common shares of the company (57.95% of the total number of the company outstanding shares or 63.65% of the total number of the company outstanding common shares).
