OREANDA-NEWS  About 800 people did not sign a contract with the company operating the Zaporizhia NPP (ZAES) because of intimidation from Ukraine, which finances their sabotage. This was stated to TASS by Renat Karchaa, advisor to the General director of Rosenergoatom Concern.

"About 800 people are either intimidated or chose to sabotage the work for the money that Ukraine allocates. They do not enter into a contract with the operating organization," he said.

Karchaa clarified that some of them are in Energodar, some have left. According to him, they do not have access to the station, but they have not been deprived of the right to go to work. Karchaa stressed that Russia is following the course of retaining personnel at the NPP.

The adviser to the CEO of the concern noted that the Ukrainian Energoatom continues to spread false information to put pressure on the employees of the NPP. In particular, he added, a message was published about torture at the station and about the ban on communication, but "no evidence, no names, or even positions were presented."
