The Bank of Russia raised the dollar and euro exchange rates

OREANDA-NEWS The dollar exchange rate as of June 23, set by the Bank of Russia, was 73.765 rubles. The relevant information is posted on the regulator's website.
The quotes of the euro and the yuan reached 84.5863 and 10.8847 rubles, respectively.
On June 22, the dollar was worth 73.439 rubles, and the euro was worth 84.1684 rubles. The exchange rate of the Chinese currency was 10,806 rubles.
According to economist Alexey Bacherov, a strong dollar is becoming a burden even for the United States itself. He said that a strong currency is good for importing countries, and the United States has become more and more a net exporter over the past 10-20 years. Therefore, the global trend of reducing the role of the dollar will continue.
Economist Georgy Ostapkovich believes that in Russia, the ideal dollar exchange rate would currently be 88-90 rubles. Ordinary citizens would like to see quotes of 60 rubles, while the Ministry of Finance needs a dollar of 90 rubles.
