OREANDA-NEWS   By the end of 2025, the production of canned fish for children increased 1.3 times, to almost 82 thousand cans of products, RIA Novosti was informed by the All-Russian Association of Fish Manufacturers (VARPE), citing Rosstat data.

"In 2025, Russian companies produced 81.94 thousand cans of fish-based baby food, which is 1.3 times more than a year earlier... This is evidenced by the data from Rosstat, which VARPE has studied," they said.

The association noted that despite the increase in production, the share of baby fish puree in total production remains small.
