OREANDA-NEWS In Crimea, the work of Telegram and WhatsApp messengers has been restricted. This was reported to RIA Novosti by the Crimean telecom operator Volna.

"The work of Telegram and WhatsApp in Crimea is partially limited. Roskomnadzor is taking measures to block these applications, this applies to subscribers of all operators and providers in Russia," the report says.

Representatives of the operator added that the Ministry of Internal Policy, Information and Communications of the republic recommends that Crimeans install the MAX messenger.
