OREANDA-NEWS. Alexei Navalny obscenely cursed at the human rights defenders who visited him in the colony, and rudely refused to communicate, according to a letter from the human rights ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova to the Secretary General of the Council of Europe Maria Peichinovich-Burich.

The document says: "AA Navalny met human rights defenders extremely aggressively, insulted MV Butina, made obscene remarks against her, rudely refused to communicate with KV Vyshinsky. This caused a resonance in Russian society."

According to the Ombudsman, Kirill Vyshinsky and Maria Butina volunteered to visit Navalny, to understand the situation and provide assistance.

"Their intentions towards him were the kindest and most sincere," the letter says.

Navalny, who in February the Simonovsky court of Moscow canceled a suspended sentence in the case of the Yves Rocher company, appointing 3.5 years in a general regime colony, wrote on his Instagram on March 31 that he was going on a hunger strike "demanding to let a visiting doctor": as stated by RIA Novosti lawyer Olga Mikhailova, the blogger has pain in his leg and back. According to the results of the examination, the FSIN called Navalny's state of health satisfactory and stable, noting that he receives all the necessary medical care in the colony. Moskalkova previously told reporters that Navalny was also visited by civilian doctors, not from the Federal Penitentiary Service, there is their conclusion that, with the patient's consent, droppers of nutritional formula continue, and she "has not yet found any serious concerns in this conclusion."
