OREANDA-NEWS  Forced emergency power outages have been introduced in Odessa in southern Ukraine, the head of the city's military administration, Sergei Lysak, said on Thursday.

"Emergency shutdowns have been introduced in Odessa in order to prevent overloading of damaged equipment," Lysak wrote on his Telegram channel.

He noted that the power engineers continue repair and restoration work on previously damaged facilities.
