OREANDA-NEWS  Russian trade representative in Helsinki Anton Loginov said that Finland continues to receive liquefied natural gas from Russia. From the beginning of the year to September, gas was purchased from Russia in the amount of 75 million euros, Loginov said.That is, most of the LNG delivered to Finland is of Russian origin. In total, Finland imported LNG worth 85 million euros from January to September.

According to Loginov, Finland continues to purchase LNG from Russia, but not through intermediaries, but directly from PJSC Novatek under a long-term contract in euros.

He noted that there have been no changes in the payment currency since the conclusion of the agreement.
