OREANDA-NEWS  Gazprom's Board of Directors recommended not paying dividends by the end of 2025, and the annual shareholders' meeting will be held on June 26 in a remote format, the company said.

"The Board of Directors recommended that the general meeting of shareholders not declare or pay dividends on Gazprom shares by the end of 2025," the statement said.

"The date and time of the meeting have been set – June 26, 2026 from 10 a.m. Moscow time. The meeting will be held with the remote participation of shareholders without determining the place of its holding and the possibility of being present at this place. Voting at the meeting will be combined with absentee voting," the message adds.
