OREANDA-NEWS  Hydropower, nuclear energy and gas energy make up the majority of Russia's energy sector, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

"We have one of the greenest energy systems in the world, in Russia. Because we have a great honor in energy – this is hydropower, nuclear energy and gas energy, which is considered the greenest of hydrocarbons," Putin said during a conversation with TV presenters of the channels and the leadership of the media holding India Today Group after the interview.
