OREANDA-NEWS. The deputy head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia Anatoly Golomolzin reported that negotiations between Moscow and Minsk on tariffs for the transit of Russian oil have been completed.

According to him, the parties recorded disagreements on tariffs. “The final decision should be made by the Belarusian side in accordance with the competence and within the time frame of the established procedure,” Golomolzin said.

Earlier, the Minister of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade of Belarus Vladimir Koltovich said that the cost of services for pumping Russian oil through the territory of the republic from February 1 will increase by more than 6 %. Koltovich noted that Minsk failed to agree with Moscow on a change in the tariff, therefore it will grow in accordance with the procedure that was adopted earlier – to the forecast inflation rate in Russia plus 3 percentage points.
