OREANDA-NEWS  The dispatcher of the Russian energy system "System Operator" wants to take into account exports to Europe in the development program, Kommersant writes.

"The company believes that the estimated volume of supplies from Russia to Finland in 2023 could reach up to four billion kWh, and to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia — 2.4 billion kWh," the publication says.

In addition, the estimated deliveries to Finland from 2023 to 2028 inclusive will amount to 24 billion kWh. Exports to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia will continue until 2025 and in total will reach about 6.7 billion kWh, the company's document says.

From 2026, exports to the Baltic States will stop, which is probably due to the intention of these countries to withdraw from the energy ring with Russia and Belarus, Kommersant writes.

At the same time, experts doubt the resumption of supplies. They noted that the forecast can hardly be taken seriously, since it does not reflect the current political situation.
