Tanzania has invited Russia to participate in the development of gas fields

OREANDA-NEWS Tanzania is offering Russia to participate in the development of gas fields in the country, President of the United Republic of Tanzania Samia Suluhu Hassan said on the sidelines of the SPIEF.
"Another area (for cooperation – ed.) is the oil and gas industry. We have discovered about 57 trillion cubic feet of natural gas, but we still need to further develop these deposits, so we invite the Russian private sector to cooperate with us in this area," she said.
This year, the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum is taking place from June 3-6. RIA Novosti is the general information partner of the SPIEF.
