OREANDA-NEWS By the end of 2027, the planned level of gasification in Russian regions will be 76.7 percent. This was reported by TASS with reference to the passport of the state program "Energy Development".

In 2024, this figure will be 74.7 percent, in 2025 — 75 percent, and in 2026 - 75.8 percent. As for the end of 2030, by that time the average level of gasification of the Russian population will be 82.9 percent.

At the end of May 2024, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the leadership of the regions to hold meetings in horticultural non-profit partnerships (SNTS) and decide on their free gasification. By August 1, the schedules for connecting the sites should be approved.

As of mid-May 2024, Russia has reached a gasification level of almost 74 percent, thus becoming one of the most gasified countries in the world.
