OREANDA-NEWS   The average cost per square meter in the secondary market of Russia in 2022 increased by 16.2%, to 96.06 thousand rubles, next year weak growth in some cities is not excluded. Such data are provided in the study of the federal portal "World of Apartments".

Analysts analyzed the prices of apartments in cities of the Russian Federation with a population of more than 300 thousand people.

"Since the beginning of the year, there has been an increase in the cost of 1 sq. m in all cities, except Krasnodar, where the drop was 1%. On average in Russia for the year, the "square" has risen in price by 16.2%, to 96.06 thousand rubles," the materials say.

During the year the apartments on the secondary market rose in price in Arkhangelsk (+39.7%), Kirov (+38.2%), Makhachkala (+34.3%), Kemerovo (+29.9%), Stavropol (+29.4%), Barnaul (+28.4%), Chelyabinsk (+27.6%), Vladikavkaz (+27.4%), Saratov (+27%) and Smolensk (+26.6%).
