OREANDA-NEWS The Tagansky court of Moscow fined Apple millions of rubles. This is reported by TASS.

The company was found guilty of violating part 2 of Article 13.41 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (CAO). It was clarified that Apple has not deleted prohibited information from its platforms. It is not specified what kind of content we are talking about.

A Russian court has imposed an administrative fine of three million rubles on the corporation.

Earlier, Apple was fined for LGBT propaganda for the first time (the international LGBT movement is recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation). 7.5 million rubles were recovered from the company. It was reported that the court sessions were held behind closed doors.

In November 2024, the company was also fined for refusing to remove prohibited content. Apple was ordered to pay 3.6 million rubles.
