OREANDA-NEWS. In Hungary, the rules for visiting public places have been tightened, the use of masks has become mandatory in enclosed spaces, this requirement applies to both citizens of the country and all tourists, ATOR reports.

Masks are needed for visiting shops, shopping centers (except for offices and fitness clubs), theaters, and concerts in closed rooms. They will also be needed for Christmas markets, cinemas, museums, libraries and post offices.

In addition, as reported in travel companies, from November 20, 2021, entrance to the baths and thermal complexes for persons over 16 years old is only available with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate. It is presented in printed or electronic form.

According to Vitaly Izbrisov, head of tourism business development in the Russian Federation, vaccinated Russians have no problems reading QR codes in Hungary.

It is recalled that the country recognizes all domestic vaccines, and our citizens can visit it for tourist purposes.

It is recalled that to enter Hungary you will need a national visa or a Schengen visa. You can submit documents only with a certificate of completion of the full course of immunization. It is specified that at least 14 days and no more than one year must pass from the date of vaccination to arrival in the country.
