OREANDA-NEWS  The Kazakh authorities have agreed with the Russian side to import up to 850 thousand tons of diesel fuel this year. This was announced to journalists on Tuesday by the Minister of Energy of the republic Bolat Akchulakov.

"If there is not enough fuel, we will import it. In principle, we have collected stocks, we hope to pass this season quite successfully. We have a plan B - this is import. We have agreed with the Russian Federation to supply up to 850 thousand diesel fuel this year," he said.

According to him, if necessary, Kazakhstan can use this volume.
