OREANDA-NEWS. Expert centre of the Russian consumers Union "Roskontrol" conducted a study of Russian sausage. It has involved samples of five brands: "Malakhovsky", "Tsaritsyno", "VELCOM", "Suburb" and "Myasnov".

The best were the sausage "VELCOM", the only claims to which was unevenly blended stuffing and mass fraction of protein, which was significantly less than that specified in the marking.

In the list of goods with comments "Roskontrol" made "Russian" sausage under the brand "Neighborhood" which revealed the contents of phosphates, which indicates probable use as food additives not specified in the marking of phosphorus compounds. Detected and the presence is not indicated in the composition of the particles of pig skin, "the size of pieces of bacon slightly greater than the maximum standard, slightly marked sireny taste", they say "Roskontrol".

It is noted that all of the tested samples meet the safety requirements.
