OREANDA-NEWS. Russian President Vladimir Putin at a meeting of the Supervisory Board of the ANO "Russia - a Land of Opportunities" advised everyone to go to Kamchatka.

He called the region a unique place that "it's easy to fall in love with."

“She is impressive, it is not surprising to fall in love with her, this is a unique place,” the president said.

According to him, much remains to be done to develop the infrastructure of this region.

Earlier, the head of state called for the establishment of mass tourism in Kamchatka. At the same time, in response to the fears of the Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko that the region would not withstand a large tourist load, Putin noted that “if work is properly organized there,” “no one will trample anything.”

Prior to this, the president compared Kamchatka with a diamond. He pointed out that he had not seen anything more beautiful in the world than this place.

“Kamchatka in general, of course, is our diamond, the nature reserve as a whole, everything there is reserved,” he said.

Putin added that he had not seen anything more beautiful in the world than this place.

The Russian leader also supported the idea of creating a museum in this region.
