Restrictions on the import of meat from Belarusian producers have been lifted in Russia

OREANDA-NEWS The Rosselkhoznadzor has been lifting restrictions on supplies to Russia from Alexandrov, a meat producer from Belarus, since July 30, the service said.
"The Rosselkhoznadzor informs about the permission to import products of the Belarusian Alexandrov LLC into Russia from July 30," the message says.
The ministry noted that the decision was made on the basis of guarantees from the Department of Veterinary and Food Supervision of Belarus on the compliance of the products of this enterprise with the requirements of the EAEU and Russia, as well as information on measures taken by the Belarusian side to prevent violations.
In March of this year, temporary restrictions were imposed on Alexandrov LLC due to the repeated detection of E. coli group bacteria in beef supplied to Russia, they added.
