OREANDA-NEWS  By the end of August, Russia rose from fourth to second place in the ranking of the largest fertilizer exporters in the United States, according to American trade statistics, which were studied by RIA Novosti.

It was possible to rise in the list due to a noticeable increase in supply volumes: in monetary terms, compared to the previous month, they almost tripled to 79.1 million dollars.

Russia accounted for 13.5% of all shipments in August. According to this indicator, the country was second only to Canada, whose share was 45%.
