OREANDA-NEWS  Coffee supplies from Russia to Kyrgyzstan more than doubled in the first half of the year compared to the same period last year, according to data from the Kyrgyz statistical service, which was studied by RIA Novosti.

So, in January-June of this year, Kyrgyzstan imported coffee from Russia for 3.4 million dollars, which is 2.2 times more than in the same period last year. Thus, 52% of the republic's total coffee imports came from the Russian Federation.
Other major suppliers of the invigorating drink were Kazakhstan ($1.9 million), Brazil (575 thousand) and Colombia (398 thousand).
