OREANDA-NEWS  In January-February 2023, Russia increased platinum supplies to China by 279 times in annual terms — up to 1.67 tons, follows from the data of the General Customs Administration of China, which RBC drew attention to. In monetary terms, the export of precious metals increased 265 times, from 0.2 to 53 million dollars.

In addition, Russian companies began to supply 8.5 times more palladium (2.72 tons) to China. In monetary terms, deliveries increased 5.6 times (up to 152 million dollars). Supplies of rhodium, a platinum group metal, managed to increase by 7 times (up to 0.19 tons), in monetary terms — by 6 times (up to 76 million dollars).
