The trade turnover between China and the EU increased by 13.6 percent in seven months

OREANDA-NEWS The trade turnover between China and the European Union increased by 13.6% in the first seven months of the year, exceeding $530 billion, according to data from the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China.
According to customs data, China imported $370.217 billion worth of goods into the EU, an increase of 16.7% compared to January-July last year. Shipments from the EU to China increased by 7.1%, amounting to $159.842 billion.
According to the results of the first seven months, Germany turned out to be China's largest trading partner in the EU. According to customs data, the trade turnover between China and Germany has amounted to 132.786 billion dollars since the beginning of the year, an increase of 11% compared to the same period last year. The top three EU countries in terms of trade with China in the first seven months of the year also included the Netherlands (69.232 billion dollars) and France (54.280 billion dollars).
