OREANDA-NEWS  The volume of mortgage loans issued on the territory of the Russian Federation in November 2022 decreased by 6.8% to 480.7 billion rubles compared to the same period in 2021. However, in comparison with October 2022, an increase of 6.4% was recorded. Such preliminary data follow from the monitoring agency Frank RG.

""The volume of mortgage loans amounted to 480.7 billion rubles. This is 6.4% higher than in October 2022, but 6.8% lower than in November 2021," the materials say.

It is noted that after a decrease in the average size of the mortgage loan issued in October, an increase of 4.3% was recorded in November - up to 3.4 million rubles.

In just 11 months of 2022, 4.15 trillion rubles of housing loans were issued, by the end of the year it is expected that the market will reach 4.7 trillion rubles. "December should be a record month in terms of disbursements in 2022, despite the continued increase in supply rates for mortgage products," analysts predict.
