OREANDA-NEWS  Rapper Timati (real name — Timur Yunusov) has published on his Instagram account (the social network is banned in Russia; belongs to Meta, which is recognized as extremist and banned in the Russian Federation) several stories dedicated to the beginning of the bankruptcy procedure of the Russian Domino's Pizza chain. In particular, the contractor said that he would like to buy out the business and rebrand it.

Timati urged the owners of the problematic network to contact him to discuss a possible deal.

On August 21, DP Eurasia, which operates Domino's Pizza chains in Russia, Turkey, Azerbaijan and Georgia, announced the termination of attempts to sell Russian assets and the beginning of bankruptcy proceedings.

The company cited the complication of business conditions in Russia as the reason for initiating bankruptcy. It is noted that the procedure will inevitably lead to a reduction in the presence of the group in the country.

In the summer of 2022, Yunusov, who explained his departure from the stage with a desire, among other things, to concentrate on business, together with restaurateur Anton Pinsky, bought coffee shops of Starbucks, which was leaving the Russian market. The chain became known as Stars Coffee, and instead of a branded mermaid, a girl in a cocoanut with a five-pointed star appeared on the chain's logo.
