OREANDA-NEWS  Pilots of the Russian airline Azimut noticed an unidentified aircraft in the sky during the flight. This is reported by the Aviaincident Telegram channel.

An emergency situation occurred on May 4 on a flight from Yerevan to Moscow's Vnukovo Airport. At about 20:00, the plane was at an altitude of about 8.5 thousand meters and flew 15 kilometers from the city of Venev in the Tula region. The crew of the Sukhoi SuperJet 100 reported a red balloon with a suspension device at a distance of about 1.5 kilometers from the aircraft. It is clarified that the air defense authorities were notified about the incident.

According to FlightAware, the airliner landed safely in Moscow at about 20:40.

In April, pilots of another Russian airline noticed a silver balloon in flight over Moscow. At that moment, the airliner was flying at an altitude of about 800 meters, and the object was higher.
