OREANDA-NEWS. First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic participated today in the 22nd ordinary meeting of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS) Ministerial Council, in Havana.

The Republic of Serbia is attending as an observer state.

Today's 22nd Ministerial Council of the Association of Caribbean States was opened by Cuban President Raul Castro.
