OREANDA-NEWS  The head of the Central Bank of Russia, Elvira Nabiullina, is one of the best Central Bank managers in the world, largely thanks to her, the Russian economy has grown, contrary to Western expectations, this opinion was expressed by Bloomberg columnist Mark Champion.
