OREANDA-NEWS  The Chinese company Space Pioneer has received funding to create an analogue of the partially reusable Falcon 9 rocket. This is reported by SpaceNews.

The amount of more than $207 million was provided by at least 15 investors, including both private and public entities. The previous time the company received financing was in October last year.

Space Pioneer plans to use the funds received for the first launch of the Tianlong-3 rocket, as well as its mass production and subsequent re-equipment for reusable use. Part of the funds will be allocated for the serial production of the smaller Tianlong-2 carrier.

In April last year, Space Pioneer was the first in China to launch the Tianlong-2 carrier ("Heavenly Dragon-2"), powered by a liquid rocket engine (LRE).
