A court in the United States has lifted a ban on issuing visas to immigrants from 75 countries

Judge Jeanette Vargas ruled that the ban violated the law and went beyond the authority of Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
In January, the United States suspended visa applications for citizens of 75 countries, including Russia. Then it was reported that "the State Department is reviewing the procedures for processing immigration applications in order to prevent the entry of foreign citizens who will receive social security and government benefits."
According to American law, an immigrant may be denied entry to the country due to the fact that he may become an applicant for state support, but only after a consular officer examines his situation.
