OREANDA-NEWS  A company from the German state of Schleswig-Holstein was ordered to pay a fine of 1.3 million euros for the supply of a hydraulic hammer to the Russian Federation, contrary to sanctions, the unit was used for the construction of the Crimean Bridge. As Kommersant writes with reference to German press publications, this was reported by the Kiel prosecutor's office, which filed an application for a fine. The company name is not specified.

The Kiel court also imposed a fine on the head of the company for violating sanctions. The prosecutor's office stated that the company's employees accompanied the use of the construction unit.

The prosecutor's office indicated that the court order provides for a fine of 18 thousand against an official, as well as the confiscation of property obtained as a result of this violation.
