OREANDA-NEWS  The German company Adidas has registered a trademark with a corporate logo in Russia for a period until 2035. This is evidenced by the data of Rospatent, studied by RIA Novosti journalists.

The company submitted an application for registration of the designation in July 2025. In October 2026, the agency made a positive decision. The registration covers a wide range of goods, including clothing, shoes, hats, bags, jewelry, watches and headphones, as well as import and export services.

Founded by Adolf Dassler in 1924, Adidas is one of the world's largest manufacturers of sportswear, footwear and equipment. In March 2022, the company suspended the operation of stores and online sales in Russia.

Earlier, the Volvo auto giant extended the trademark rights in Russia. The company applied for registration in December 2025, and later Rospatent made a positive decision.
