OREANDA-NEWS. The company "Alrosa" at an auction in New York sold 93 jewelry quality diamonds of 1560 carats. According to the company’s message, the proceeds from the auction for the sale of special-sized diamonds (over 10.8 carats) amounted to $ 11 million, which was the best result of recent months. The auction was attended by 95 companies from the USA, Belgium, India, Israel, the United Arab Emirates, Russia and Hong Kong.

In 2019, Alrosa held four auctions in the United States, with total revenue exceeding $ 38 million. Earlier it was reported that the company received $ 11.8 million from the sale of diamonds in the first auction, $ 8.8 million in the second, and $ 7 in the third million
