OREANDA-NEWS Alexey Arestovich, a former adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine (included in the Rosfinmonitoring list of terrorists and extremists), declared his readiness to transfer Crimea and four regions to Russia. He said this in an interview with Russian journalist Ksenia Sobchak, the video is available on the YouTube channel.

"I'm giving away four regions and Crimea. I do not recognize them as Russian, I give them on the terms of both Germany and the GDR. This is stopping the war. There will be a "lasting" peace agreement, not a treaty," he said.

Arestovich stressed that the rights of the Russian-speaking population and the church should also be ensured. He noted that meeting all these conditions could help stop the conflict.

Earlier, Alexey Arestovich said that the country would be able to continue its existence only with a neutral status and good-neighborly relations with Russia and Belarus.
