Britain has announced the largest military aid package for Kiev in its history. Ukraine will receive at least 120,000 drones of various types. This is reported on the official website of the British government. The delivery will include thousands of long-range attack drones, reconnaissance vehicles, logistics drones and marine systems. All of them have passed combat tests on the front line. Deliveries of the new batch began this month. London's plans became known on the eve of the meeting of the Contact Group on the Defense of Ukraine, which will be held in Berlin under the chairmanship of British Defense Minister John Healey. Earlier, Luke Pollard, the British Deputy Minister of Defense for Defense Readiness and Industry, said that the experience of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the conflict with Russia is a valuable resource for Western countries in terms of military doctrine planning and capacity development. Pollard appreciated the importance of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' experience in the field of unmanned technologies and digital combat coordination for the defense policy of the United Kingdom and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), noting the ongoing exchange of innovations between London and Kiev. According to the deputy head of the British Ministry of Defense, partnership in the field of defense and innovation will strengthen the security of both countries.
