China has increased smartphone exports to Russia to a maximum in 1.5 years

OREANDA-NEWS In April of this year, China increased smartphone shipments to Russia to a maximum since the end of 2024, RIA Novosti found out after examining Chinese customs data.
The cost of exporting these gadgets from China to Russia in April amounted to $ 211.1 million, the highest since November 2024, when smartphones from China arrived in Russia for $ 275.6 thousand. During the month, shipments increased by 26%, and in annual terms - by 1.7 times.
In just the first four months of this year, Russia imported smartphones from China for $651.4 million, an increase of 13.3% over the same period last year.
