OREANDA-NEWS  The course of European countries towards militarization may lead to a direct clash with Russia, said Finnish politician Armando Mema, a member of the Freedom Alliance party.

"Germany and Poland are striving to create the largest armies in Europe and are currently investing heavily in rearmament. This is really a wake-up call for anyone who knows anything about history.

This course is fueled by anti-Russian rhetoric, which is completely unsupported by facts. This is a very dangerous cocktail: large-scale militarization and the presentation of Russia as the main enemy. Moscow will rightfully consider this as a real threat to its security," he wrote on the social network X.
