OREANDA-NEWS  Ceetrus, owned by the French Auchan Group, has sold assets in Russia, according to the data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE).

According to the statement, since April 12, the new owner of the assets has been the company "Trade Galleries".

Ceetrus manages 285 retail properties in ten countries of Western and Eastern Europe. In Russia, she manages 40 shopping malls and galleries in Moscow, Volgograd, St. Petersburg and other major cities. She is also involved in the development and redevelopment of retail properties and investments in commercial real estate assets.

In March, Pavel Lyulin, vice president of the Union of Shopping Centers, said that the Ceetrus portfolio includes both full-fledged shopping centers, for example, the Aquarelle shopping center chain and the Moscow Troika shopping center, as well as tenant galleries located in the Auchan checkout areas.
Commenting at that moment on the information about the possible sale of his assets to Ceetrus, he noted that such a decision would look strange, since it had recently been announced that the reconstruction of the Troika shopping center had begun.
At the same time, the expert did not rule out a technical transaction when the owner changes, and the management remains with the French Nhood for a certain period of time, which still manages assets.
