OREANDA-NEWS  India does not supply artillery shells to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and takes a neutral position in the conflict. This was stated by the official representative of the country's Foreign Ministry Randhir Jaiswal during a briefing with journalists, the broadcast is available on Youtube.

"We have also seen some media reports about this. We can categorically say that we did not send any of these artillery ammunition to Ukraine. They were not exported or shipped," the diplomat said.

Thus, he commented on rumors according to which the AFU allegedly received Indian 155-mm artillery shells. Shells of this type are compatible with AHS Krab self-propelled howitzers supplied to Ukraine by Poland.

Earlier, India stated that there were no problems with paying for Russian oil. In particular, the reduction in Russian oil supplies to India was not due to problems with payment, import volumes depend only on the cost of energy resources.
